The Augury Society collects only the information you choose to provide, such as when you join the Society or register for an event. This may include your name, contact information, and any details necessary to coordinate participation. 

Payments for events or other activities are processed as one-time transactions. The Augury Society does not store payment information in its records, nor do Board Members retain payment details. Upon request, records of transactions related to your participation may be made available to you.

Use of Your Information

Your information is used solely for the operation of The Augury Society, including:

• Communicating upcoming events and announcements

• Managing membership participation

• Supporting administrative and organizational needs

Members may request to have their name included on the Society’s website, augurysociety.org. This inclusion will only occur upon written or electronic request. Members may request removal of their name at any time through written, electronic, or verbal communication with a Board Member.

All members are required to provide at least one method of contact (email or phone/text number). This information is used only for Society communications and may be updated at any time upon request.

The Augury Society does not use personal information for any other purposes and does not share member information with third parties.
